Vaillant is a globally recognized company specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology. Founded in 1874 by Johann Vaillant in Germany, the company has grown to become a leading manufacturer and distributor of heating solutions, particularly in Europe, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
As the Vaillant account expanded, I transitioned from being a team member to taking on the role of team lead. In this position, I mentored younger creatives by guiding the development of ideas, providing constructive feedback, curating concepts, and driving them through to finalisation. A key part of my role involved presenting our ideas to Vaillant and collaborating directly with their team. We valued building strong relationships not only with the headquarters team but also with the UK team and the SDBG team in France.
